We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business operations. Please review the policy carefully before making a booking.

Full Refund

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled cruise

  • 100% refund of your booking amount
  • Processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunded to original payment method

No Refund

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled cruise

  • No refund will be issued
  • Booking amount is non-refundable
  • Applies to all last-minute cancellations

Additional Policies

No-Shows and Missed Departures

No refunds will be issued for missed departure times or no-shows. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

Intoxicated Guests

For safety reasons, guests arriving at the dock intoxicated may be denied boarding without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If we cancel your cruise due to adverse weather conditions, you have two options:

  • Reschedule your cruise for another available date (no additional charge)
  • Receive a full refund

Weather-related cancellations are at the sole discretion of the captain and Ondas de Ângelo for your safety.

How to Cancel Your Booking

  1. Contact us as soon as possible via email or phone
  2. Provide your booking reference number
  3. We will confirm your cancellation and refund eligibility
  4. If eligible, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
