Please read these terms carefully before booking your boat tour experience.

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Ondas de Angelo. By booking and participating in our boat tours, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Bookings and payments

Shared (regular) tours

All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
You will receive a booking confirmation via email once payment is processed.

Private charters

50% deposit required to confirm the booking; pre-reservation is valid for 48 hours.
Remaining balance is due 8 business days before the event.
The final program must be finalized at least 8 business days before the event.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and refund policy

Shared (regular) tours

You may cancel your shared tour booking at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Private charters

“Working days” means Monday through Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays.

More than 45 working days before the event: 70% refund of the total amount
From 15 to 45 working days before the event: 50% refund of the total amount
Less than 15 working days before the event: No refund

Due to lack of safety conditions or technical problems with the vessel: change of date or refund, without the right to compensation.
Date changes are allowed whenever possible.
In the event of cancellation after rescheduling, there will be no refund

No-shows

No refunds will be issued for missed departure times or no-shows. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure.

Intoxicated guests

For safety reasons, guests arriving at the dock intoxicated may be denied boarding without a refund.

Guest conduct and safety

Follow instructions: All guests must follow instructions from the captain and crew at all times.
Captain's authority: The captain's decisions regarding safety and conduct are final.
Boarding refusal: We reserve the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest who is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk, with no refund provided.
Responsible behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward other passengers and crew.
Age requirements: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Weather policy

Your safety is our top priority. Cruises may be rescheduled or canceled due to adverse weather or safety conditions at the discretion of Ondas de Angelo.

Shared tours — weather cancellation

If we cancel your shared cruise due to adverse weather, you may reschedule at no extra charge or receive a full refund.

Private charters — safety or technical issues

Due to lack of safety conditions or technical problems with the vessel: change of date or refund, without the right to compensation.

Liability

Personal belongings: Ondas de Angelo is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought on board.
Participation at own risk: Participation in boat tours is at the guest's own risk. We recommend travel insurance.
Safety equipment: All boats are equipped with required safety equipment and comply with maritime regulations.
