Please read these terms carefully before booking your boat tour experience.

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Ondas de Ângelo. By booking and participating in our boat tours, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Bookings and Payments

  • Advance Booking Required: All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation via email once payment is processed.
  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full Refund:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled cruise will receive a full refund.

No Refund:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled cruise are non-refundable.

No-Shows:

No refunds will be issued for missed departure times or no-shows.

Intoxicated Guests:

Guests arriving at the dock intoxicated may be denied boarding without a refund.

Guest Conduct and Safety

  • Follow Instructions: All guests must follow instructions from the captain and crew at all times.
  • Captain's Authority: The captain's decisions regarding safety and conduct are final.
  • Boarding Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest who is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others, with no refund provided.
  • Responsible Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully toward other passengers and crew.
  • Age Requirements: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Weather Policy

Your safety is our top priority. Cruises may be rescheduled or canceled due to adverse weather conditions at the discretion of Ondas de Ângelo.

In case of weather-related cancellation:

  • You can reschedule your cruise for another available date
  • Or receive a full refund

Liability

  • Personal Belongings: Ondas de Ângelo is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought on board.
  • Participation at Own Risk: Participation in boat tours is at the guest's own risk. We recommend travel insurance.
  • Safety Equipment: All boats are equipped with required safety equipment and comply with maritime regulations.
