The meeting point is Doca de Santo Amaro, Gate 3 (Portão 3), Alcântara, 1350-353 Lisbon — not Cais do Sodré. Your confirmation email is the source of truth if we ever ask you to use another gate (sometimes Gate 1).

Most shared experiences are about 2 hours on the water. Some special or seasonal formats run longer. The exact duration is shown on each tour page.

Doca de Santo Amaro has limited parking nearby. Public transport (Tram 15E, trains to Belém) is usually the easiest option. Prefer a hotel pickup? Add hotel transportation when you upgrade your booking.

Yes. Private birthday charters are listed on the private page (open bar and cake options depend on the package). On a shared sailing you buy standard tickets and may bring a birthday cake for us to store and serve. Confirm the live package when you book, rather than a screenshot quote.

Shared tours are 15% off the listed price at checkout, except New Year’s Eve, which is full price. Example: €52.90 listed → €44.97 at checkout. Private whole-boat hire uses the package price, with no 15% website discount. Always confirm the live total on the tour page before booking.

Every tour includes the cruise, professional crew, and safety equipment. Food, drinks, and entertainment follow the product you booked. A live DJ is only on DJ products such as Sunset DJ Party and Night Party — not on every sunset or every boat. Read the tour page before checkout.

Yes. Bring your own cake — we can store it and serve it on Dom João and Vicente. Tell us in the booking notes or WhatsApp. For Gypsy Wave, message us first. Balloons are not a standard inclusion.

Tours operate in most conditions; cancellations due to weather are rare but can happen for safety. In that case, you will be notified and offered a reschedule or refund in line with the product's cancellation terms.

Shared tours: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. Weather cancellations are rescheduled or fully refunded. Private charters: “Working days” means Monday through Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays. More than 45 working days before the event: 70% refund of the total amount; From 15 to 45 working days before the event: 50% refund of the total amount; Less than 15 working days before the event: No refund. 50% deposit required to confirm the booking; pre-reservation is valid for 48 hours.
