There is no formal dress requirement; comfortable summer or smart casual clothing is the standard across all experiences.

On shared social cruises, drinks are available to order on board and are not pre-included in the ticket price from €39.90. Private charter packages allow you to pre-arrange a custom drinks menu — including sangria, port wine, beer, soft drinks, and non-alcoholic options — with the team before departure.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted on shared cruises for hygiene and safety reasons. Private charters offer more flexibility — the team will advise on catering and drinks arrangements when you contact them to book.

Shared social cruises have background music on board creating a lively atmosphere. Private charters can accommodate a custom playlist or DJ arrangement — this should be discussed and confirmed when booking.

The Tagus River estuary in Lisbon is calm, sheltered water — significantly calmer than the open ocean or coastal sea. Seasickness is uncommon on river cruises. If concerned, avoid a heavy meal immediately before boarding and position yourself at the front of the boat in fresh air.

Ondas de Angelo recommends arriving at Doca de Santo Amaro, Portão 3, Alcântara at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to complete boarding. Guests who arrive after the boat has departed cannot be accommodated.
