Private cancellation: Private charters follow a tiered cancellation policy based on working days before the event. “Working days” means Monday through Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays. 50% deposit required to confirm the booking; pre-reservation is valid for 48 hours. Remaining balance is due 8 business days before the event. The final program must be finalized at least 8 business days before the event. More than 45 working days before the event: 70% refund of the total amount. From 15 to 45 working days before the event: 50% refund of the total amount.
